The Silesian Society for Solidarity z.s. was founded in 2019 and is based in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the city of Ostrava. The organization’s main activities include the development and organization of non-formal education and youth work activities at the local and international level, the inclusion of local disadvantaged youth, organizing educational activities to raise awareness and solve social issues in our community in the Moravian-Silesian Region, especially to prevent substance abuse and promote a healthy lifestyle, education in the field of investing, old-age security and the spread of financial literacy, the fight against disinformation and „fake news“, as well as environmental education and the organization of projects and events for planting and regenerating local greenery. Last but not least, we also spread the idea of ​​the European Union and European values ​​in the local community and enable fellow citizens to learn about these ideas and values ​​by participating in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. Navissos is a non-governmental organization based in the city of Niš, Serbia. It organizes and participates in many projects to support human rights, intercultural learning, combat manifestations of hatred, discrimination and racism, and also helps to combat negative social phenomena that occur in the city of Niš, especially the incidence of experimentation and drug addiction among young people, and helps to build friendships and reduce tensions between the local ethnic groups of Serbs and Albanians. The organization also enables local youth to participate in Erasmus+ projects, familiarizes the local community and youth with the goals of the European Union and European values, organizes activities for students of local schools and for local youth to support the above-mentioned values. Last but not least, the organization is dedicated to the development and creation of innovative activities of non-formal education, is interested in and participates in the digitalization of youth work, and supports the implementation of innovative educational methods in the work of educational institutions and organizations in the city of Niš.
